Bruschetta With Tomatoes And Capers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. capers, chopped
    arugula or basil
    1 tsp. plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 loaf Italian or French bread
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in half and squeeze out the seeds.
    Dice the flesh and combine with capers or arugula or basil, 1 teaspoon oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
