Pumpkin Torte - cooking recipe

24 sq. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine graham crackers, butter and sugar and press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add eggs and sugar; beat until smooth.
Pour over graham cracker crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
