Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Cream the butter and cheese together.
    Work in flour and seasonings.
    Shape mixture into small balls.
    Place on baking sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
    Yields 50 biscuits.
