Pasta, Pepper And Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. linguine, cooked to directions
    2 large red peppers
    2 medium-sized bunches broccoli
    olive oil
    salt
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. sesame oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Cook linguine.
    Cut red peppers into 1/4-inch strips.
    Cut broccoli into 2 x 1/2-inch pieces.
    In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in 1 tablespoon hot olive oil, cook peppers and 1/4 teaspoon salt until tender-crisp.
    Remove peppers to bowl.
