Chocolate Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 c. coconut
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    2/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line cookie sheet with foil.
    Melt butter and pour into cookie sheet.
    Add pecans and coconut, then the Eagle Brand milk.
    Beat eggs until fluffy and gradually add rest of ingredients.
    Pour cake batter over ingredients in cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until top springs back.
    Sprinkle cake with powdered sugar and cover with a towel.
    Invert cake on towel and remove pan and foil.
    Roll cake starting at the short side.
