Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    5 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
    3 c. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs; beat after adding one at a time.
    Add milk and flavoring.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add presifted dry ingredients.
    Don't overbeat at this stage.
    Fold in coconut. Put in Bundt pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
