Roll Sausage And Rice Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Crumble and fry sausage.
    Drain.
    Cook onion and pepper.
    Add to rice, chicken broth, water and sausage.
    Mix well.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is done.
