Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained (save 2 Tbsp. juice)
4 c. white chicken, cut up
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds, toasted
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine 2 tablespoons juice with mayonnaise, soy sauce and curry.
Combine with remaining ingredients except noodles.
Toss. Add noodles just before serving.
