Party Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork shoulder, cut in cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 medium green pepper, cut in 2-inch long strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits or chunks (undrained)
    3/4 c. ketchup
    4 c. cooked Minute rice
Preparation
    Coat pork with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown it in oil in large skillet using all the flour, salt and pepper mixture.
    Add celery, green pepper, onion, pineapple with juice, ketchup, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
