Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Mix first 9 ingredients together and then add the nuts and apples.
Bake in tube pan that has been greased and floured at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Not all ovens bake the same, so you may need to test the cake for doneness.
