Amish Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. lard
    1 egg plus ice water to equal 1/2 c.
Preparation
    Put flour in mixing bowl. Cut in lard. Put egg in a measuring cup and add enough ice water to equal 1/2 cup and add to flour. Pack together with hands, handling as little as possible, into a ball. Roll out for a 9-inch pie shell. Fill with favorite pie filling or bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown, about 30 minutes.
