Fruity Yogurt Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. chopped fresh or unsweetened canned fruit (apples, bananas, pineapple and strawberries work well)
    1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Layer yogurt, fruit and graham cracker crumbs in cups or glasses to make parfaits.
