Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) pork loin
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 garlic clove, cut up
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. maple syrup
Preparation
    Place roast in shallow pan and roast for 2 hours at 325\u00b0. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over roast.
    Bake another 1 to 1 1/2 hours, turning roast often.
