Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 section (small pkg.) graham crackers
    melted butter or oleo
    1 can Milnot, real chilled
Preparation
    In one bowl mix jello with boiling water and set in refrigerator until kind of like jelly.
    In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
    Cream real good.
    Roll out graham crackers.
    Mix with melted butter or oleo (enough for crust).
    Put in bottom of pan.
    Whip Milnot until real stiff.
    Mix the two mixtures.
    Be sure to mix in largest bowl.
    Fold in whipped cream (real easy).
    Pour into graham cracker pie mix.
    Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs (plain) over top and chill.
