Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. chopped yellow onions
4 c. beef broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Melt margarine in a large saucepan.
Stir in onions.
Cook, covered, over medium heat until done.
Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; and if you want, a dash of pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Serves 3 to 4.
