Cow Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips and shortening in double boiler.
    Remove from heat.
    Add pecans.
    Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper. Chill until set.
    Makes 2 dozen.
