Marinade Of Venison Or Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tenderloin venison or beef
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. red wine
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. beef consomme
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and marinate meat overnight.
    Roast meat, but save marinade.
    Heat separately to use as sauce or thicken to use as gravy.
