Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bag of potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced
    3/4 lb. American cheese, sliced into strips
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. partially fried bacon, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except olives and bacon. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking casserole dish. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 12. This is a great dish to take to a potluck or for a crowd. It can also easily be halved for a smaller group.
