Breakfast Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sausage
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 large onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 eggs, scrambled and chopped
    4 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain off grease.
    (Roll sausage in a few paper towels for more removal of grease, if desired.) Return sausage to skillet and add carrots, celery, onion and pressed garlic.
    Simmer in covered skillet until desired tenderness.
    Add eggs and rice.
    Season as desired.
    Good with hot sauce.
    Use your favorite veggies.
