Marcy'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. new red potatoes
    1 lb. bacon
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    12 oz. mayonnaise
    1 onion, diced
Preparation
    Fry bacon and crumble.
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
    Boil potatoes with skin on and cut into chunks.
    Cube Velveeta.
    Mix all in a large bowl with mayonnaise.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch casserole, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Serves 8 to 10.
