Unbelievable Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked pinto beans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. juice from pinto beans
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 small can coconut
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks melted butter
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Mash pinto beans and juice into a paste.
    Mix all ingredients except nuts.
    When mixed well, add nuts. Stir well and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until top browns.
