Chicken Breasts Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. brandy
6 chicken breasts
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. chicken stock
1/3 c. dry sherry
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Brush the brandy over the chicken breasts and let them stand 15 minutes to absorb the liquid.
Then rub the salt, pepper and marjoram into the chicken.
Melt the butter in skillet and add the chicken.
Brown carefully on all sides over low heat.
Remove chicken and arrange in baking dish.
Keep warm.
