Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast (chuck, etc.)
    1/2 c. pepperoncinis, cut up with juice
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Wash beef roast.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Pour pepper and juice over meat.
    Put onion on top.
    Cook 10 to 12 hours on low setting.
