Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. or more butter
    2 Tbsp. or more flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk (1 can evaporated milk can be substituted for 1 c.)
    1/2 tsp. salt or less
Preparation
    Add flour, salt and sugar to beaten eggs.
    Scald milk and butter.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add corn and mix well.
    Place in a greased casserole dish in a
    pan holding 1-inch of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Check to see if center is firm.
