Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
    oregano and garlic salt
Preparation
    Fry pork chops until lightly brown and place in a flat dish. Cook pepper for 2 minutes.
    Place pepper and sliced onion and 1 can tomatoes (with juice drained off and saved) mashed up.
    Dilute Hunt's tomato sauce with the tomato juice from the whole tomatoes. Pour over chops and sprinkle with oregano and garlic salt.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
