Microwave Parslied Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 to 4 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in quarters.
    Combine potatoes and water in 2-quart microproof casserole; cover.
    Cook 12 to 14 minutes on High, or until tender, stirring once during cooking time; drain. Add butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Stir until butter is melted.
    Serve right away while hot.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
    Total cooking time: 12 to 14 minutes.
