Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. noodles
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/3 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of pepper
    2 oz. undrained mushrooms
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package.
    In skillet, brown beef and onions.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Add buttermilk slowly.
    Stir.
    Add mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally, add 1/2 cup sour cream.
    Stir in noodles.
    Heat to serving temperature.
