Sour Cream Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    4 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; rinse and drain.
    Brown meat in butter (if needed); drain fat.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles.
    Mix with meat.
    Bake in a large dish, topped with cheese, for approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
