Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    salt and pepper
    1 large can tomato juice or V-8 juice
    1 large can stewed tomatoes or 2 small cans
    1 can red beans
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and celery.
    Put all in large pan.
    Add chili powder; simmer for about 1 hour or longer.
