3-Day Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    3 onions, cut in slices and separated
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix and bring to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage, seal tight and let stand at least 3 days.
