German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Baker's chocolate
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in boiling water; cool.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolks; beat thoroughly.
    Blend in vanilla and chocolate mixture.
    To dry ingredients, add alternately the chocolate mixture and buttermilk, beating after each addition.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into a greased tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Let cool in pan 15 minutes.
