Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    200 g. finely granulated sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff.
    Spoon mixture into piping bag and pipe shapes onto baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
    Bake at 130\u00b0C for 60 minutes.
    One pound = 453.6 g.
