Golden Crumb Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut up (6 c.)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. cheese cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
Preparation
    In covered saucepan, cook broccoli in small amount of boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese, pimiento and lemon juice.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Top with the cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
