Mocha Balls(Yields 100 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. soft butter
    4 Tbsp. brandy
    2 tsp. instant coffee (rounded)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate; let cool.
    Beat yolks.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until smooth.
    Beat in butter.
    Dissolve coffee in brandy and add vanilla.
    Combine brandy mixture with egg and butter mixture.
    Add chocolate and mix thoroughly.
    Chill well.
    Shape into balls and roll in chopped nuts, coconut, powdered sugar or anything that suits you.
