Mexican Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 envelope chili mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. regular or instant rice, uncooked
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt in large skillet.
    Add chops and brown over medium heat.
    Sprinkle chili mix over chops.
    Add rice, water and tomatoes.
    Be sure rice is moist.
    Cover and reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
