Texas Mocha Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. sour buttermilk
1/3 c. brewed coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream shortening with sugar and egg.
Mix cocoa, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add dry ingredients.
Alternate with buttermilk, brewed coffee and vanilla into the creamed mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done when tested, approximately 30 minutes for 2 layer cake.
