Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
6 to 12 drops Tabasco sauce
cornstarch

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
Simmer until thick.
If too thick, add water. Small chunks of pineapple may be added for different flavor.
Add a couple of drops of food color for color.
