Non-Fattening Banana Cake(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. mashed bananas (ripe)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (18 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice (use pineapple canned in own juice)
2 c. or 16 packets Sweet 'N Low
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix in a large bowl with spoon.
Pour batter in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Cool in pan before removing.
