Hasty Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 (No. 3) can peaches or other fruit or berries
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and baking powder; mix well.
    Add milk. This makes a pouring dough.
    Stir well.
    Put margarine in the baking pan and set in oven to melt and get hot.
    When hot, remove from oven.
    Spread dough all over and around in the hot margarine. Have your fruit in another pan, let it come to a boil, then pour over dough while all is hot.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
