Sour Cream Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. onion, chopped
    3 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    4 tsp. grated American cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in oleo; place 1/2 potatoes in buttered casserole and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add part of onion and grated cheese.
    Mix sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Pour half over potatoes.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
