Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 unbaked pie shell
    5 eggs
    juice and grated rind of 3 lemons
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add flour, then well beaten eggs. Add lemon juice and rind.
    Mix well and pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until light brown.
