Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. soft Velveeta-type cheese
    cracker crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook cauliflowerets in salted, boiling water until just fork-tender.
    Drain.
    Put into a greased baking dish.
    Add soup, mixed with water.
    Add cheese, cut in cubes.
    Spread crumbs, dots of butter and more cheese cubes over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until edges bubble and crumbs are a golden color.
