Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chicken flavored rice (6 oz. size)
    3/4 c. chopped red or green sweet pepper
    16 pimento stuffed olives
    1/2 c. sliced onions (green)
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Cook rice, omitting bulbs.
    Transfer to large bowl and cool. Add pepper, onions and olives.
    Drain artichokes; slice and add to rice.
    Mix all with liquids, mayonnaise and curry powder.
    Chill and serve.
