Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1 can (12 oz.) evaporated skim milk
    5 1/2 tsp. Equal Measure or 18 packets Equal sweetener
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    Pastry for single crust 9-inch pie
    2 c. cake flour or 1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. cultured sour cream
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Have all ingredients at about 75\u00b0.
