Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 rolls Ritz crackers, crumbled
6 Tbsp. melted butter
3/4 tsp. salt (or less)
2 c. sliced Vidalia onions
dash of pepper
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Cheddar
Preparation

Mix crumbs with 4 tablespoons butter.
Press into pie plate and chill.
Saute onions in 2 tablespoons butter.
Spoon into chilled crust.
Beat eggs and milk.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour over onions.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yummy!
