Portuguese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef bones or ribs
    yellow samp (ethnic aisle in store)
    collard greens
    small lima beans
    linguica (Portuguese sausage)
Preparation
    Put everything in a large stew pot except greens.
    Dice and slice meat and vegetables.
    Put in enough water to cover everything.
    Add greens for last 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cook for several hours.
    Watch water, add more as needed.
