Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. bag frozen vegetable combination (like broccoli, carrot, cauliflower, etc.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 jar diced pimentos (4 oz.)
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into casserole. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
