Pork Chop Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 lean pork chops
    salt
    4 to 8 thin onion slices
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Season chops with salt. Place in large baking dish. Top each chop with onion slice. Place 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on top. Add the water and bake, covered, for 2 hours. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally. Yields 4 to 8 servings.
