Hot Potato Salad With Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. pared potatoes, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. bacon drippings
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 slices fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation

Cook potatoes in pan in salted water until tender.
Drain. Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender.
Stir in vinegar, parsley, sugar, paprika, salt and pepper.
Combine potatoes, bacon and onion mixture.
Toss gently.
Serve warm with pork and sauerkraut.
