Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can creamed corn
    1/2 green pepper or chili peppers
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix well and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
